Exam Results
After an exam, results are entered into KLIPS 2.0 by the examiners. These results have no immediate effect on your studies, i.e. exam results are not directly displayed in the My Degree Programme application. Furthermore, all credit points and module grades etc. are not directly displayed in the My Degree Programme application either.
The reason for this is that the entering of exam results into KLIPS 2.0 consists of two steps:
- First, results are entered into KLIPS 2.0 by the examiner.
- Following this, the results are checked by the department, institute etc. where the exam took place.
It is only after these steps, that the results become official and valid and affect your studies.
You will receive an email as soon as exam results are officially entered into KLIPS 2.0. From this point, you will be able to also see the results in the My Achievements application.
Results may also be published in KLIPS 2.0 before being checked by the institute, department etc. In this case, you will also receive an email and the results will be displayed in the My Achievements application with the status In Progress.
Please note: Preliminary results will not yet affect your studies and are therefore not published in the My Degree Programme application. This also means that all credit points and/or module grades etc. will not be displayed in the My Degree Programme application either.
