What can I do if I forget my username?
Your username is the email address you used to register. If you still have trouble logging in, try resetting your password: Reset Password - Basic Account
What can I do if I have a question about a requested document or its status?

How can I delete my applications/my basic account?
We are required to retain your application documents for one year. If you wish to have all your personal data completely deleted, we must first wait for the legally mandated retention period for your application to expire.
After this period, your application and, ten days later, all associated personal data will be automatically and completely deleted without you needing to submit a separate request. This applies regardless of whether you received an offer of admission or rejection, or whether you declined the offer of admission.
Deleting your basic account only deactivates your access to our application portal. Please contact us with our contact form.
