Attention: You must have activated your student or staff account and completed the initial setup of Cisco Duo before you can log in to KLIPS 2.0 with your student or staff account.

Open the login page by entering the link https://klips2.uni-koeln.de.

In order to log into KLIPS 2.0 enter the Username and Password of your student or staff account into the Login Window on the right hand side of the page. Click on Continue.

You will be redirected to Shibboleth. In the left-hand sidebar, enter your student or staff account username. Enter your student or staff account password. Click Login.

You will be prompted to open the Duo Mobile app. Enter the number displayed on your screen into Duo Mobile to authorize the login.

Your personal home screen opens.

Detailed information on employee accounts can be found on the website of the IT Center University of Cologne (ITCC).

If you forgot your password, please contact the ITCC-Helpdesk.

In order to log out of KLIPS 2.0 click on your Username in the top menu bar. Select Logout from the menu that opens.

You have successfully logged out of the system. To completely log out of KLIPS, you must also close your web browser.
