Exam Results - Desktop View

1. In order to see your exam results, open the application My Achievements in the application menu on your Home Screen.

2. All exam results that have been entered for you will be displayed in a list. This includes regular exams and valid recognitions.

3. You may filter and sort the items in your list.

You can either enter a search term in filter Filter by Title or Number or, for a more comprehensive search according to certain criteria, click on the button Filter to activate different filters.

4. The filter function offers multiple filter categories: Achievement Status, Time Period and Studies:

  • When opening the application, the filters Latest Valid and In Progress in the category Status are pre-set. If you would also like to view invalid achievements, click the Invalid filter in the activated filter menu. Alternatively, you can deactivate a set filter in this menu.

  • If you are studying more than one subject and only want to see the exam results for one particular subject of your degree programme, click Studies to open the selection menu and select the subject that you want to see.

  • If you are looking for exam results that were achieved in a specific time period, choose a Start and End Date after activating the calendar category.

5. The chosen filters are shown under the Filter Button. Click on the “x” to deactivate filters.

Please note: All filters are deactivated when you log out. Only the filters Latest Valid and In Progress are pre-set.

6. By clicking on the Date Button you can also sort by date, both ascending and descending.

7. By clicking on the Transcript Button, you open the Transcript of Records application. Here, you can print out your transcript of academic achievement. Instructions can be found in the chapter "Transcript of Records".

8. The list view offers you a selection of basic information for each list entry:

The grade is displayed in the first field (1). If the attempt was a "free attempt" (an attempt that does not count towards the total number of allowed attempts), this is also indicated there. You will also find the ECTS credits here (if entered).

In the second field (2), alongside the title of the course, final thesis, or seminar paper, you will find information regarding the type of exam (e.g., "Exam" or "Recognition"), the exam number, the date of assessment or recognition, and the degree programme and module context for which the achievement was recorded.

In the third field, the achievement status (3) is displayed with a color-coded tag ("latest valid" = green, "in progress" = orange, "invalid" = red).

9. By clicking the Show Details button (4) in the third field, you can view further details regarding a specific achievement.

The detailed view is organised into a brief Assessment Overview on the left, and sections for Details, Persons Involved, Status within Studies, and Attempts on the right. You can select and expand these sections by clicking the corresponding Arrow Button on the right. Additional information is displayed within the individual menu items.

This includes, for example, the exam number or the persons involved in the exam. In the Status within Studies section, you will find the study ID and, where applicable, the curriculum context. The Attempts section provides information regarding the exam attempts you have undertaken.

10. For some achievements Course and Exam Details and Exam Statistics are entered, which can be accessed by clicking on the respective buttons under the assessment overview.
